The Founder

Philip Lin, the Founder and Director of Linic Group, is a highly accomplished and experienced professional in the property industry.

With a career spanning over 20 years, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the field, known for his in-depth knowledge, innovative approach and impeccable track record of delivering results.

Philip holds an impressive array of academic qualifications including a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce from UWA, a Master of Engineering from UNSW, a Grad Cert AMLP from Murdoch University and Dip Property Services and Dip Prop Development from Kaplan.

Philip’s professional credentials are further reinforced by his active participation in industry organisations. He is a member of the Property Council, a founding member of the WA Asian Business Alliance, and served as Vice President of TCC Oceania and President of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. He is currently an advisor for TCC World and pursuing further studies at Harvard Business School to enhance his professional qualifications.
